REGISTRATION TERMS Before uploading your photo to this platform, please read these Registration Terms (hereinafter – the “Terms”). By submitting your photo to the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not upload your photos and do not use the PazintysXXX.lt platform. The platform reserves the right to modify, supplement, or remove these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Important: The platform is a social adult dating platform. ________________________________________ 1. Restrictions You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purposes, including uploading, publishing, viewing, transmitting, sending, storing, reproducing, or distributing any content that: 1. infringes copyrights, trademarks, or patents; 2. contains trade secrets or confidential information; 3. is offensive or harmful to individuals; 4. violates privacy or publicity rights; 5. harms persons or property or interferes with others; 6. violates laws of the Republic of Lithuania or international agreements; 7. involves creating multiple profiles; 8. includes job postings; 9. promotes services or products; 10. invites users to other platforms, groups, or Telegram channels. Photo requirements: 1. Do not upload landscapes, animals, drawings, objects, or similar content. 2. Do not upload copyrighted images. 3. Do not upload images containing links to other platforms. 4. Do not upload images of minors (under 18). 5. Do not upload duplicate images. 6. Do not upload photos of other people. 7. The main profile photo must not display genitalia. 8. AI-generated images are prohibited. ________________________________________ 2. Age Requirement You confirm that you are an ADULT (18+) and legally allowed to use this platform. Use of the platform by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited. Users must confirm their age during registration. The platform may apply additional age verification measures at any time. If there is suspicion that a user may be misrepresenting their age, the platform reserves the right to request identity or age verification (including ID documents, biometric verification, or third-party solutions) to comply with legal and payment partner requirements. ________________________________________ 2.1 Ongoing Monitoring and Auditing The platform continuously monitors content, analyzes user behavior, and performs real-time risk assessments. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, including in cases of: 1. suspicious activity 2. user reports 3. inconsistencies 4. payment partner requirements Verification methods may include: 1. identity document submission 2. selfie / liveness verification 3. AI or third-party verification tools Failure to pass verification may result in content removal or account restriction/suspension. ________________________________________ 3. Prohibited Content You may not upload, store, transmit, or distribute content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, illegal, or encourages illegal activity, including: 1. malware or security-compromising tools; 2. solicitations or advertisements; 3. promotion of illegal activities; 4. job or promotional offers; 5. personal data (phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers, etc.); 6. spam or duplicate content; 7. promotion of other platforms; 8. requests for bank transfers; 9. escort services; 10. any direct or indirect payments between users, including via messages or credits. The Platform does not allow the sale, purchase, or monetization of user-generated adult content. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities. ________________________________________ 4. Content Usage Restrictions This platform is the property of PazintysXXX.lt. No content may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed. All trademarks and brand elements belong to PazintysXXX.lt. The Platform may restrict or remove content at its sole discretion to ensure compliance with payment network rules. ________________________________________ 5. Content Ownership You confirm that you own or have full rights to the content you upload. All uploaded content becomes part of the PazintysXXX.lt database (license granted). No royalties are paid. ________________________________________ 6. Content Monitoring and Compliance To ensure safety, legality, and compliance with payment partner requirements, the platform applies advanced moderation and risk control measures. 6.1 Pre- and Post-Moderation All content is reviewed before publication and continuously monitored afterward. The platform may remove content or block users at any time. 6.2 AI and Automated Systems The platform uses AI to: 1. detect minors 2. identify illegal or harmful content 3. detect fraud and fake accounts 4. analyze behavior 5. detect AI-generated media 6.3 Mandatory Approval 1. All uploaded images and videos must be approved before publication. 2. Unapproved content is not visible to other users. 3. The platform may reject any content that does not meet legal or internal requirements. 6.4 Reporting System 1. The platform has an integrated reporting system. Any user can report content or behavior related to: illegal content, possible minors, fraud or impersonation, violations of the rules. 2. All users can report violations on the platform, including but not limited to reports of fake photos, fake members, and crimes in progress. Such reports are prioritized and processed on an urgent basis. Response times: - Critical violations (e.g. minors): up to 24 hours - Other reports: up to 72 hours - Obviously illegal content will be removed immediately. 6.5 Audit Logs The platform stores information about content uploads, changes, removals and moderation decisions. Data is stored in accordance with legal and partner requirements. Audit logs are stored for the entire lifetime of the user and for 24 months after the profile is deleted. 6.6 Cooperation - The platform cooperates with payment networks (Visa Inc., Mastercard), payment service providers, banks and law enforcement agencies. In case of violations, information may be transferred to the responsible authorities. ________________________________________ 7. Content Provider Agreements - All users electronically accept the Content Provider Agreement (CPA) before gaining access to upload photos and videos. The CPA is a separate agreement, independent of the general terms of service of the platform. Content creators’ obligations under the CPA: 1. Comply with all platform rules and applicable laws. 2. Confirm that all content is voluntary, lawful, and created by the user. Only consensual content is permitted. Any content that may contain elements of violence or non-consensual activity is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately. 3. age and consent of all persons in the content and, if necessary, provide it to the platform or competent authorities. 4. Guarantee that all persons depicted in the uploaded content are of legal age (18 years or older). 5. Confirm that they own all intellectual property rights to the uploaded content. 6. Comply with Visa and Mastercard’s Acceptable Use Policy for Adult Content. 7. Agree to cooperate with any compliance audit or investigation. 8. Acknowledge that violations may result in immediate account termination. ________________________________________ 8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and defend PazintysXXX.lt, its employees, licensors, and assigns from and against any claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from your violation of these rules. ________________________________________ 9. Disclaimer You waive (to the extent permitted by applicable law) and release PazintysXXX.lt and other covered parties from any claims for damages arising from the use of your uploaded content. ________________________________________ 10. Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall PazintysXXX.lt be liable for any special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this platform. ________________________________________ 11. Termination PazintysXXX.lt reserves the right to terminate your access to this platform at any time without notice and without liability. ________________________________________ 12. Responsibility The platform administration is not responsible for failures of mobile operators. The PazintysXXX.lt administration is not responsible for the information published by portal members. The platform acts as an intermediary and is not the creator, editor or owner of the content created by users. The platform carries out active content supervision and control, but all responsibility for the uploaded content lies with the person who uploaded it (user). ________________________________________ 13. Credit Card Rights and Refunds All electronic payments must comply with the appropriate rules: 1. Read the rules before you buy. 2. You have protection against theft. 3. You can request a refund if you did not receive the goods or services. 4. If someone has used your credit card without your knowledge, contact your bank immediately. Payment and Refunds 1) PazintysXXX.lt services are paid. The User understands and agrees that Paid Services can be provided only after the User pays "PazintysXXX.lt" for the Paid Services in accordance with the procedure specified on the Platform. "PazintysXXX.lt" has the right to unilaterally change the amount of payment for any Paid Services and the payment procedure at any time. 2) The User understands and agrees that upon the expiration of the period for which the User has paid to use certain Paid Services (if this period is not extended by the User), the User may be restricted from using the Paid Services and as a result the User may lose the ability to use certain Services in any way, including, but not limited to, the loss of access to all or part of the Content available on the Platform or accessible only to the User, as well as the loss of all or part of his/her personal information or other Content. 3) Some Paid Services are subscription-based. Failure to use the services does not release the User from subscription payment obligations and does not constitute grounds for a refund. 4) If the User's ability to access the Platforms and (or) use the Paid Services provided by the Platform is restricted or suspended for reasons other than violation of these Rules, "PazintysXXX.lt" undertakes to extend the provision of Paid Services to the User for the period during which the Paid Services for which the User had paid were not provided The User may request a refund to their VISA or MASTERCARD within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are possible only in the following cases: - the paid service was not provided; - a technical issue prevented access to the paid service; - the User was charged for an incorrect service; - the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent. - Subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If the refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method. If the paid service has already been used, no refund will be granted unless required by applicable law. By purchasing userships with a credit card, you activate automatic payments. After the specified period, your usership will be automatically extended for 3/6/12 months (depending on the plan you have chosen). You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. Content Policy (Zero Tolerance) The Service Provider does not tolerate the following violations (zero tolerance policy) and closes the account without separate notification: 1. Minors, children; 2. Illegal drugs; 3. Violence, blood, torture, pain, erotic asphyxiation; 4. Organization of sexual services; 5. Human trafficking and sexual exploitation; 6. Necrophilia; 7. Discussion, promotion, or organization of pedophilic activity; 8. organizing employment or recruitment arrangements with Platform users; 9. Bestiality or animals in a sexual context; 10. Content containing scenes of sexual violence; 11. Using another person's account; identity theft; 12. Violation of third-party intellectual property; 13. Fraud or financial harm to the Service Provider. 14. Actions that cause financial damage and/or damage to the reputation of the Service Provider and/or the platform; 15. Disrespectful or abusive behavior towards the platform and/or the platform administration and/or its employees on the platform and/or a third party. ________________________________________ 15. No Meeting Guarantee Policy The Platform does not guarantee or arrange any meetings between Platform users. All communication is initiated by the users and the Platform is not responsible for any outcomes of any agreements. Virtual Currency (Credits) Policy 20.1. Nature of Credits. Credits are a form of virtual currency available exclusively within the Platform. Credits are not real money, electronic money or a financial instrument and have no value outside the Platform. 20.2. Limited License. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Credits exclusively for digital services and features within the Platform. 20.3. Permissible Use. Credits may only be used within the Platform. Credits do not grant the right to purchase, unlock or view individual adult content. All benefits provided by Credits are related only to the functionality of the Platform (e.g. communication, profile viewing) 20.4. No monetary value. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to bank accounts or converted to cryptocurrency. 20.5. Non-transferability. Credits may not be transferred, sold or gifted between users. 20.6. No peer-to-peer payments. The Platform does not support or facilitate payments between users. 20.7. No ownership rights. Users do not control the credits. All credits remain the property of the Platform at all times. 20.8. Expiration and modification. The Platform reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the credit system at any time. 20.9. Fraud and abuse. Any attempt to sell, transfer or abuse credits may result in account suspension. 20.10. No guarantees of continuity. Credits are provided "as is" and may be terminated without prior notice. 20.11. No real-world income.
